We are a unique speakers bureau born out of our authors' wishes for representation by agents who understand their platforms, their work, and their capabilities. The close working relationship we have with our authors provides a deep appreciation of their content, enabling us to optimally pair speakers and audiences. 

We represent a diverse roster of leading thinkers and inspirational visionaries speaking on topics such as motivation, creativity, personal effectiveness, and the intersection of work and life, to name a few. With the strength of these platforms, we are focused on connecting our speakers with corporate events, conferences, employee series, workshops and a variety of live and remote occasions. 

Our strategic approach with our authors extends to our event partners. We take time to understand the needs of each event to match authors who will convey an appropriate, motivating message and ensure a successful experience. We assist with all logistics from beginning to end, from contracts to travel.

At the end of the day, we want our authors to be satisfied that they’ve successfully delivered their message to a welcoming audience who feels enriched and inspired.

​I am motivated by the talent and work of our authors and am proud to support them in their desire to share their messages to audiences worldwide.  I have spent over 20 years managing the logistics of conferences and events. Experience in finance and media, talent for building connections, and passion for literature has led me to launch Spotlight in conjunction with Lynn Johnston Literary.

I hold a marketing degree from Tulane University and an MBA from New York University. I grew up in Ohio, and after living in the great cities of Chicago, New Orleans, New York, and London, have settled in Brooklyn with my two kids, dog, and cat. I love going for a run or a stroll and enjoying the view of Manhattan. I started running many years ago on a dare and now coach young adults recovering from cancer in a program called Cancer to 5K. Like our authors, these are the people who inspire me every day. Who will inspire you?
